it seems like the queen got something at her mandibulas (right word?),
could that bee parasites?

Yes that looks like a mite. However it is a quite strange place for a parasitic mite to be since it can´t suck anything out of there.
I think the thread maker won´t answer anymore since this thread only was advertisement after all.
