I ve ordered ants in the 23rd of december, i did the payment in the very next day by transfer, the order status is still saying "pending", is this normal because of the "parties" christmas and new year?

Is this hapenning to someone as well?

currently the weather in germany is to cold for sending ants so you have to wait.
