I dont know if its supposed to be here but I dont know where else to put it I am writing every day in here to tell you my progress of my Myrmica rubra

31st may 2007
They arrived today and are really good I dont think I had one dead worker and well I havent seen my queen but she must be hiding in the wool stuff and I think shes still alive because I seen a lot of eggs some small ones and some larger which I think are larvae. Today I gave them a big fly I found trying to escape my house and I got it and put it in there and there eating it

There all doing fine I have about 10 eggs or larvae I dont know and there still eating the fly

I will try keep you updated on my colony

Was busy today it was my birthday and I managed to take the rest off the fly out its been in for 2 days and I put a worm in for a day but then took it out because it was still alive and big and im going to feed them some sugar tomorrow
