ooo another question (sorry bout this) Is each generation of workers bigger then the last?

Verban is right. Second generation will be bigger than the first one. However this does not mean that later on you will have only big ants. Also when your colony will be lets say 300+ very small ants will still appear.

in deed, every size has works specially for them. Soldiers do most of the time the have work and minors keep the nest clean and stuff.
