Camponotus singularis is by far smaller than Camponotus gigas but much bigger than ligniperdus.
When seeing them live there is a very big difference in behaviour and size. Queens of Camponotus ligniperdus are about 2cm and as Tuffi said the queens of singularis can be about nearly 5mm bigger and are by the way much higher and fatter. The difference is quite big when you see them compared.
