ANTSTORE World of Ants

Hello,
I am considering buying a Camponotus festinus ants. However, I was wondering about the given risk factor of 2 by ANTSTORE. What does it mean?
I live in the middle of Sweden, so the climate is not very friendly to that type of ant. Thus, there should be no risk with respect to the local fauna.
Is my conclusion correct?

I think because Camponotus festinus can live in wood und so if the Colony come out of the Formicarium with the Queen they can go into wood into your house.
