Hi,

I have an Antworks farm, and have a couple of questions. I've seen on a website in America, something called Antworks TunnelVision - it's so that you can connect your Antworks to more Antworks...

I'm wondering if you have seen this and if you have any plans to sell this product? This is the site where I saw it: http://www.antworkstoys.com/index.html?lang=en-us

Also, is it possible to remove the gel from an Antworks farm and replace it with new gel (like the gels you sell here)? If so, how much gel would the large Antworks need? I'm interested in the different coloured gels that you sell, particularly the red one... although the picture looks pink - is it pink or is the picture an inaccurate one in terms of colour? I actually want pink gel... so if it is red, can it be mixed with the transparent gel to make it pink?

I'm interested in having a colony with a queen... is the Antworks too small for this?

Is that suitable for Antworks too? Also, is the red one actually red, or is it pink, like the picture?

Yes, you must put the fluid into the microwave.
after cooking give the hot fluid into the old antquarium.
1-2 hour later is the Gel complete.

but cheaper is the gel powder because it is for 500ml Gel.

Konnten Sie mir erzählen, wenn Sie Ameise-Kolonien ohne die Königin verkaufen? Mir ist gesagt worden, dass der Antworks zu klein ist, um eine Kolonie mit einer Königin aufzunehmen.

Ich fragte mich auch, ob Sie 'Erntemaschine'-Ameisen (eine amerikanische Art) verkaufen, wie diese diejenigen sind, verwendete ich letztes Mal. Nach Ihrer Meinung, welche Ameisen gut mit den Gel-Farmen arbeiten?

Hallo Joannaruth,

Das Antworks ist nicht für eine lange Haltung (long keeping) geeignet.
Es ist gut, für kurze Beobachtungen 2-6 Wochenz.B für eine Präsentation.

Wenn das Antworks mit einer Bohrung an anderen Erdnest-Formicarien verbunden wird kann es auch dauerhaft verwendet werden.
Wir verkaufen nur Kolonien mit Königin, da es sonst Tierquälerei wäre.
Die Farbe "rot" ist wirklich rot, kann aber im Licht etwas heller wirken.
Für das große Antworks sollte man 500 - 600 ml Gel verwenden.
