Hey mpke,

finally someone is giving the focus stacking a try ;) How many pictures did you take? did you use Zerene stacker? One of the hair on the head is still a bit unsharp.
I think you know my pictures from flickr.

Great lense too, by the way. What body did you use? Did you pay the full price for the lense? Nice pictures in the other thread too, but i think you can still increase the depth of field with a higher apperture value.

Yes, i know your pictures ;).
Of course i can get more sharpness, but then i need to take more photos and today i didn't have the time :D
For stacking i use combinez, but do you recomend me zerene stacker?

I used the canon eos 40d ;)

( i paid 650 euro for this used lens ( inclusive 66 euro custom costs :x ))

Hey, my remark about "sharpness" was refering to your other, non stacked pictures. As for Zerene Stacker, i wrote something here:

Actually i dont see how thats a bad price compared to the the original lens costs! but i havent looked into prices of used ones yet. Have fun with it! :)
