theres a few diffrent plugins for phpBB to do this, I know I personally would find it very usefull :D

Just enter the website you want to be translated and select what language you want.
Okay ... this site up there is in german. i couldn't manage to find the english one. Maybe the page looks at IP range or something and automatically identifies German, English or Chinese persons ... don't know ^^
Google has also a translation tool for websites.
Mozilla Firefox translate seperate words or the whole page, too. I belive it works with the google tool but im not sure.

because its a pain having to goto that site every time, when there is a tool which allows you to just click a button on the page you are on and have it translated instantly :D
i'm a speed browser, and having to go thru the copy and paste and links every time slows things down allot
i've got one running on a forum i admin, and it works great ;)
Try Mozilla Firefox. As i said it have the function to translate separate words (when you move and hold the mouse on the word) or the complete page. Only one or two mouse klicks and you have the whole page translated.....its a really good function ;)
i use firefox, the translation seems worse than babelfish...which is pretty bad lol
Hm dont know. I dont translate whole pages only single words in the posts. And that translation is good.....
not allot of point in me translating single words, as i only speak english lol
