I know workers can lift up 20 times there own weight I think it was but what about the queen :P Does anyone know how much they can lift up or is it the same as a worker?

Probably it is the same or lower - queens are not made to carry stuff around.

I never see a queen carrying something else than an egg ore a larva. So i'm not sure she can carry up to 20 times here own weight.
In deed she is not made for this nether. ;)

I have seen queen digging her nest with workers, this is very small colony so it is normal.

No mistery. ;) After mating time the queen are on there own so they dig the first tunnel/room of there new nest always themselves. ;)

Kiam, i think the queen is stronger, because my camponotus ligniperda major workers were trying to rip a dead fly to bits, and the queen came along and riped its head of in one bite!!!!

I never said that queens are not strong, they are just not made to do allot of work. ;)
