Wozu legt ihr noch ein Formular dem Packet bei?
Ich meine - kann ich die Ware also auch erhalten ohne das ich etwas unterschrieben habe?

Hello uta , this makes me kind of confuse -

why do you put a risc form into the package?
Is it possible to get the ants - and after you've got'em to send the form?
I mean , why should i ? Or is it a second one and u have to sign the first one before the order will be send?

ach ist ja schön, dass ich Dir in deutsch antworten kann!

Tut mir leid, dass ich Dich mit meiner vorhergehenden Antwort irritiert habe. :) Natürlich ist es uns lieber, wenn vor dem Versand die Risikoklassenerklärung vorliegt, aber wir zeigen uns kulant und nehmen trotzdem den Versand vor, auch wenn das Risikoklassenformular noch nicht vorliegt. Daher liegt dieses Formular standardmässig dem Paket bei.

Na immer noch irritiert? :)

DAS nenn ich aber mal wircklich kulant, nehmt ihr damit nicht solange das Risiko auf euch selber,bis der unterzeichnete Schrieb zurück kommt?
