Just thought i'd share with you a few pics of my true spider. She is a Indian Lycosa sp. and has only had 1 mault, So i'm expecting her to get much bigger.

well atm she is about 1.5cm span.. and she can get up to 6" span.. maybe a little more.. just been reading up a bit more on her too and ive been reading her venom is pretty toxic.. so i thinks i will be a little more carefull in the future :D

Just out of curiosity, what made you choose a true spider over a less venomous, and generaly more spectacular tarantula?

Fair enough. I would have put it down to them being a visual hunter. Good luck with it, I hope it has a realy big appetite :twisted: .
