I also think it is a cockchafer. You don't see them often here in Belgium. They are very nice beatles.

I think it also it is small Amphimallon solstitialis ... they are maybe nice , but their larvae killing all my flowers in garden :( (eating flower´s roots)

if any thing i would say it looks more like Amphimallon solstitialis to me but all i know is M.rubra love em :)
