no worries, i do also prepare meat for freinds etc, and buy a free range chicken for our cats n dogs, its my peronal choice to not eat meat, i do not force my views on it onto other people.. :D

anyways for tonights evening meal we will be having cougette tomatoe and green pepper fritarter with home made sweet potatoe chips.....

and yes we shop at the local farm shop, though today we went to the prince charles's windsor estate farm shop..! and i can tell you it was bloody expensive..£13...... for this; 2 large tomatoes, 2 sweet potatoes, 4 cooking apples, 2 cougettes, and £1;56 for 1 green pepper...! strewth.... we wont be going back there too often..!

sweet potatoe chips are lovley, and easy to prepare, just cover them in olive oil (lol yuol likwe that Steve) let them marinadce a while sprinkle with sea salt and raost them for about 30-40 mins..... healthy too.!

The Sushi Pic is an old one ... I think it was the first time I tried it (5 years ago). Somewhere I have a newer one ... I try to find it. My skills improved a little ^^

As a student I had to cook for myself ... and also had time to do so ^^

LMAO........ i need not add more, only that i never in my life have tasted a big mack.! (though i see that as a good thing wether i ate meat or not)

As for sushi, i can see that looks very nice, and must have taken much time and preporation, but however i do not eat fish either, though many vegetarians do, i find it hypicritical, i see it equally as bad, the idea of leaving fish to suffocate on the bow of a ship, is the equivillant of drowning a cow.! did you ever consider that?

p.s. Im not getting all high n mighty here.... its just my thought, i did say i do not force my views on other poeple, but many over look the fate of fish, which in most cases is worse than livestock

well well i am originally from (lowers voice and whispers) Hull...... (yes i know) and yes London is too fast for me, luckily i am on the outskirts in surrey, the M25 is like 1/2 mile form my house though..... the tube is a very daunting place to be, i hate using it, though i dont need to much these days, the appeal of london has warn off after 5 years, we want to eventually move to devon..!! though that could be my age..! (incidentally i think i have noticed myself to be the oldest guy here.! yikes maybe i should change my id to gramps..!)

kashmir79: (12. Feb 2008 01:46)

My mums side near hull, Withernsea.

I lived in Sprortly, dont know if thats the correct spelling.
