dude just buy a bunch of tubes and seperate them out. Id take some off your hands if I wasnt worried theyd all end up dead before they got here. Dont mean that In a bad way im just not willing to take the risk.

L.Niger are primiraly Mono. And the workers will react badly to more than one queen. But the eggs should be interchangable so you could even seperate them out (before they hatch) You can buy tonnes of tubes from antstore (only problem is shipping)
