Do i have to keep the farm moist if i am giving them water to drink???

Plus: My clay stones i got for the bottom are quite large (half a cm) will they work???

You need to keep the sand moist if you want them to be able to tunnel properly. unless the species does not like it moist.

Yes the stones will work, the clay can really be any size, it is just to hold the water so that the sand is always moist.

I think they are L asius niger, also i have an antworld farm how'd you keep that moist?

KK, put the clay in the bottom then stick a straw down the side (this is so you can add water later to the clay).

Now with the straw still down one of the sides and the clay in the bottom add your sand on top.

Stick a bit of cotton wool or tissue in the straw so the ants wont drown or dissapear and never return.
