I have few y-tong nests and i just noticed that one of them has got some black spots n stuff, i think it is some mold or something, what should i do?

yeah it most likely will be some mould our fungus taking advantage of the damp conditions. As for removal im not terribly sure as treating the ytong with any substances could affect the nest inside.

id just brush it off and change the water. Im sure its ok on the outside.. its the inside u wanna worry about.

Dont worry to much, mold is a normal part of life for insects, as long as it doesnt become slimey you shouldnt have a problem, eventually all the nutriants will be used up in the ytong and it will stop

Some weed growing in the water pool, i removed the weed. I'll try to brush off the mold whenever i have time and patience to do it.
