which species has the slowest development(egg to worker):
Atta cephalotes,
Acromyrmex spec. (from Argentina),
Acromyrmex cf. octospinosus,
Acromyrmex cf. octospinosus ?

edit: or maybe there is other leafcutters that development is slow and aviable to buy?(like from a other offerer)

I'm not sure about that but i think Atta are faster than Acromyrmex .

maybe yes, but one guy on dutch forum had a HUGE acromyrmex colony in only 1,5years(maybe im wrong).

You sure about that, i have kept them myself for about a year, and my colony wasn't that big at all.

I give them anything they wanted :) Sadly after about a year the fungus started to die. So the colony died to...
