My queen has killed all my workers. I have Lasius Nigers. What's the problem?

Are you sure? or pherhaps they just died?

Check the humidity levels in the nest, Lasius niger need a damp nest, make sure they have plenty of fresh water to drink, and that you are feeding them enough protien (ie insects)

How many workers did you have ? It seems very strange that your queen would to that. (but nothing is impossible) Did you add other workers to the nest ?
Like miszt said, is the nest moist ? If it is to dry it could be the ants died because of that.

Maybe the nest was boosted and thear was a war in the nest?? Did the queen just wake up out of hibernation? Maybe the queen wake up and killed all the workers or the temperature was growing too fast for the workers (the workers are much weaker than the queen)
