What do Myr m ica r ubra eat? I just received my new colony off Antstore and so far fed them two spiders. I'm not sure what else they will eat. I also just fed them a worm.

same as most other ants, Insects and Honey or Sugar water

You really should find things like this out before you buy a colony :)

The like sweets very much, honey ore sugar/water...
Fish flakes they do not eat (i'm talking about my colony here, maybe others do)

I must agree with miszt, it is better to study a bit about the species before you buy them. The food they like, the temperature they need, the humidity, what nest is best for them, ....
If you ever like to start with exotic ants it is a must !
