Good news, despite last weeks trouble my queen has 3 little workers and she has already started laying more eggs.
She eats the half spiders I put in the end of the test tube for her
I have read that fish flakes are a good source of protien, minerals and they are an exelent way of not getting yelled at for chasing spiders around the house :D . Knowing how sensitive ants are to chemicals are there any perticular brands that are good or bad

don't u have a pet store were u can buy mealworms or other insects?
fish flakes may be an additional food for larger colonys, but as only foot for a fouding colony???
