When it comes time for my ants to mate what the hell are they gona do if they cant get out to fly will i have no new queen ?? or will she just keep layin males??? or am i just worring about nothin???

If your colony is big (and strong) enough to produce queens are mails, till will do that, also in captivity. It is best to just let the winged ants in your farm. (don't leave them outside, you would disturb nature with it)
They males will probably die after a few days/weeks. The queens will die are become workers and help the other workers in the nest.

;) Short answer. I think i read somewhere that they are species who can. but 99% can not do that.
