I have 2 Lasius niger queens that are laying egs and some are reaching larva state.

They are held in 2 testtubes with water.

Do i need to supply insects for protein to the larva - Or other food later on ?

Lasius niger queens do not need food when raising their first brood. They have enough resources to feed the entire first batch.

There are other ants that need food during founding (like Myrmica) but Lasius niger is not one of those.
