Hello,
I hope somebody can help me out real fast.
My Camponotus ligniperdus colony won't drink anymore.
I really don't have a clue why.
I tried different kinds of sugerwater, honeywater, sodtdrink, orangejuice, water.
There is a massive mortality at the moment...
It also looks like 60% of the ants are in hibernation.
Lost summer they went in hibernation too.
But now 40% al walking around and dying.
Could these ants, be ants from older generations and maybe thats the reason they die, wont drink and dont go into hibernation?
It could be possible that they are old,or your queen maybe dead, did you check on her?
