This will take houres for the Ptfe too dry is it possible for me to use a hairdryer on it and dry it without it going wrong and not working ?

tried it anyways and the answer is no it bubbles and goes gooey

It shouldnt take that long to dry. Did you use just the PTFE or with water?

pure Ptfe drying horrid i can never get it to look ok and so expensive to make mistake

Pure PTFE wont work... You should take about 1/5 or 1/10 mixture (PTFE/Water). It will dry within seconds and it looks not that milky.

damn it - ive added it now will it still glide pure tho ? - nvm im gonna jet wash this thing clean and start again

I would clean it and make a new layer. 1/10 is wrong. I red about PTFE that it still works if you put the 10ml bottle into 1L Destilled Water. So 1/100

ok thanks - put vaseline on now its made a right mess - think ants want be moving into there home just yet.
