1=)how long it takes for an egg to turn into a small white ant ?

2=)which is the conditions necessary for the egg to grow ?

3=)if I take an egg and put him on sand without the queen on him he will grow up ?

4=)When a queen lays an egg she always will have to fertilize them with sperm that she carries ?

1. depends on external factors like temperature and internal factors like the species!
2. water, not to much, but enough and that other ants care about.
3. no.
4. yes, or a male will grow up.
