Hi guys I put these guys into [hgibernation} hibernation 1 month ago when can i wake them up? Please tell me 1 month is ok?

It is written Camponotus cruentatus.
If you badly want you can take them out of hibernation or "wake them up" as you call it.

I know but i rather they stay healthy and the queen start laying eggs again i checked after a month and they have lost 3 workers should i wak them up?
