I have some Myrmecocystus mimicus queens in test tubes, and one of the test tubes has developed mold on the moist cotton stopper. I'm not sure, but I think there might be some mold on the queen in that test tube. I've included a picture attachment. What does one do in this situation? Thanks~

the picture is too bad..if you cant get a better one go on a graphicprogram and circle it with a red circle..
here, i cropped the image. there's the other queen for comparison.
I dont think that it is mold... its just a little bit dirty
I would connect a second teste tube to the first one so they can move out if it really is mouldy.
hey bud, I dont think its mould either, i think she will be just fine..
Just dirty, not mould. She will be fine. :)
