I got a tube with Lasius flavus from another store that took all of the water from it (to not drown the ants). Now I have all the set up and the tube in the outworld, waiting for the workers to get their food and water, but they arent leaving the tube. Should I put a small wool with water in it? Or wait for them to explore? Im afraid to kill them for waiting...

.As long as there is water in the outworld they will go out and get it prob at night when your not watching them. L. flavus are usualy a very shy ant and rarely come out anyways..
