well i would like to upload some picks of my ants set up and the ants themself but i dunno how to do it with my camrea it dosent seem to have a non flash or does it matter if it flashes does it affect them in anyway i have been searching for a while on the forum for an answer all day nearly please answer

Flash tends to be good because the more light, the easier it is to catch the ant without the image being blurry.

But a flashlight or so works too.

As to how to turn your flash off is quite impossible to say without even knwoing what camera it is, hehe. And even
then you might need to know the camera personally to know how to turn it off. :P

Might be ablt to try and cover the flash.

flash wont hurt ya ants.. trick i use tho is to stick a bit of tissue or paper over the flash.. to defuse it a little :)
