I keep Messor barbarus in a ytong nest, what is the best best temperature to hibernate them?how many grades under 0° can be dangerous for them?

The same questions are for the Lasius niger but they are still in the test tube.

lasius 5c no lower then 0 really and messor can go as low as 0 but i keep mine at 10c thats in shed thats around 5 then a heatmat to bump it up to 10c with thermostat

Messor barbarus 10-15°c
Lasius niger 0-10°c

Wouldn't go under 0°c.

well someone told me that forgot who. i still keep mine at 10 thoe shes doing good in there
