maybe i should water ytong this way?

There are some ways to hold the Y-Tong damp.

1. You make a chamber in one or two parts of the Y-Tong (depends on the size of the Y-Tong and the kind of ant). Now you can fill water in there.

2. You have a bowl with water and you stand a part of the Y-Tong in. Thats nearly the kind from Skippy.

Skippy: (30. Nov 2007 16:08)

it need time :) ... it "sucking" maybe 1-2 cm / day ;)

/\ wot skippy said

which is why i use a well on the top :-) coz then gravity can do all the work, espcially important if you forget for a few days and realize the nest is very dry!
