Oh, yes you can do that. ;) That is true.

yes i beleive if i let the new colony settle inside the tank i showed you they will be better off when i move them outside :) but this will properly never happen because my colony in my shed is more than likely to survive :)

JimmyVe: (9. Nov 2006 15:46)

Hopefully they survive. ;) You can always build another farm. (i have 6 big farms and 3 small ones.) Only than you need to have more room (what i don't have anymore. ;))

JimmyVe... don't we all have that problem. :D

sithmaster676: (9. Nov 2006 17:33)

;) i guess so. If i had a change i build a hole room for my ants... ;)

sithmaster676: (9. Nov 2006 19:08)

that would be handy i suppose then you could have the biggest tank you would want  :P

mpir: (9. Nov 2006 21:10)

:D :hehe:

But I guess that wouldn't be practical. To have a big tank size of a room still means that you can only have one colony there... They would enjoy all the luxary thoug.

sithmaster676: (9. Nov 2006 21:27)

yeas they would be able to get huge a leaf cutter ant colony would thrive in a tank this big

JimmyVe: (9. Nov 2006 21:50)

;) For leaf cutters this would be an easy farm. ;) now it is difficult to keep such a species.

And so we dream on ... ;)
