You can buy Myrmica rubra (I can send you some) , and you will see ...
... Lasius niger is not normally polygyn , but I am trying to make polygyn colonie (now I have some tubes with 2 queens and brood) ,,,, but probably later will workers kill them , but anything can they do , so maybe I will have som polygyn colony

hmm normally , it is possible to start new colony with more queens by much species (lasius , a lot myrmecinae etc...) , so it is not problem. Answer is , if workers will kill one queen or no ;)

when is it specie whish IS ABLE to get together , it is possible , the best is when you get them together during catch after swarming ... the only runing in tube and they do not attacking inside. Later they stop quickly run and stay on place where they think is the right place to make new colony - together. They do not feed btw , they also do not clean btw , they laying eggs and get them on one place , and do not attacking.

-number of queens/workers depends on you , all is from nature ... more in PM ;)

That mean , if you want stay all 2 queens alive , it is better to separate them 1 queen in one tube ;) no 2 in one. .... and experiments , I am making and I´ve made a lot of experiments with ants in my life , some ant-keepers do not like it , but only trying can research new options with ants in formicariums
