I went there briefly and found it very complicated. If it involves a download I don't think the library computer will allow it. Does anyone have any other ideas please as I would really like to post all of my pictures. Thanks.

Or simply try it with Microsoft Paint... ;-)
Am doing it myself with any picture I upload in this forum. Any pics my camera takes are about 2,1 to 2,5 MB. Adjusting them to 90% of their original size decreases them to about 400 KB to 1,7 MB, which is sufficient for uploading them. (max size 2 MB)

So far haven't noticed any major differences in the quality of the re-sized pics... :)
