its normal for a hatched worker to be very pale, for anything upto 2-3 weeks after hatching :)

I also think it just a new hatch worker, is she moving ? (the worker i mean.)
They are not at hibernation wright now ?! They should be.

is it all curled up.... like a baby in the feetal* position, give it a few days, my lasius queens 1st worker did that for a day or two, dont worry the queen knows when to do when it needs to wake up :D

my queen has been getting loads of eggs recently.....new workers hatch daily now, all is well lol got my 3rd generaration worker oh yes. so lets hope yours is good like mine(they are really nice ants) :grin:
