i will use white sand-loam mix for arena.i have some from the starter set.when i put the sand-loam i need to spray some times to be solid/hard ground?

I'm not sure i understand your question. If you put the sand/loam mix in the setup you need to spray it sometimes to keep the sand moist for the ants.

No not the sand in the arena, only in the farm (nest).

... ;) You can use sand/loam mix for the arena if you like ore decoration sand, the arena is not mend for them to dig into so decoration sand is fine there.
