Should i put dirt or sand or put nothing in there so you can see them anytime you want without them digging or will that harm them?
it should work fine as long as the test tube fits the hole on the side of the ant farm and there are no gaps :) you dont want them running loose all over your house. LOL
lol I know :P I dont know how big the test tube is thats my problems lol because its big but small like you know:P
And another question im getting a fish tank for my other colony off ants which i havent got the ants or fish tank yet what do i use to stop them escaping like put on the fish tank so it makes them fall? and I need something from england so I know what to get:P
You can use paraffin oil. or dishwasher. but the best thing you can use is PTFE. Make sure to cut the silicone in the corners, the glide material don't work on it.
And if you can use a lid. ;)
hmm all the fishtanks i looked at today had to have holes in it so im going to have to buy something on antstore again :P
