Ok i found the box the antstore tank come in and had enough room for the 2 ants in there containers with all the polystirien bits so all should be good now

there in brand new shed rain is not a issue ill check on it about 9oclock when sun been down a while see what it gives me on temp reading .

if it dont work im doomed

my lasius niger queen as left her tube and walking around on her own also very strange

well mine surived a frost last year and the were out side so i think yours should be fine if they're in a shed.

just went outside 5am and the temp is -3 in the box think i just gonna have to bring them in

Moved them in and my room is 7.5c all time in day so all is good now temps have dropped good
