You have luck, the paket is ready and will today be send with the "feets". Our stock of ants is not here in berlin, it´s nearly to bonn. I think the person there had allready send the Myrmica rubra because today he will arrive in berlin for the Green Week, So I can´t say anymore about your personally wish.

Let me know when the ants arrived and how it goes!

Will let you know when they've arrived. As you probably saw I bought a lot of extra stuff, as if this first colony is successful I will buy some more exotic species from you at a later date.

Many thanks for all your help and advice Bianca, I only ended up buying because of your excellent help and service - in fact I think you should ask M. Sebesta for a pay-rise!

PS. One last question, I paid extra for the fast shipping option, when do you think it will arrive, and is there a tracking number for the parcel once it has entered this country? ;)

My ants arrived today, I've left them in a cool dark place so hopefully they'll be OK. But I haven't had my antfarm order yet!

Hi Mo!

Sorry that I write you so late, but at the weekend I only sleep because of an hardly bronchitis and yesterday I had an accident. Here in berlin the wheter was very snowly and somebody crashed me. Now feeling better because the bronchitis is going away but jet having a whiplash and warring a ruffle :o(

But now enough from me, coming to you:
On the 15th this month we had send your nest order to you, so it will arrive you soon, tomorrow or the day after. Please, let me know if everything is fine!

Sorry to hear about your accident. I hope you're recovering well. If it was the other guys fault you can claim compensation for the whiplash ;)

My order still hasn't arrived, and I was worried about the ants so I connected the tube to my "Antquarium". They haven't really moved though - and my room is quite warm so I hope they're OK? I fed them with a drop of honey yesterday, but there hasn't been much activity. Do you have any ideas on how I can keep them comfortable until the farm does arrive?

I still haven't received my order :(

Is there any form of tracking number you can check with? If they were sent on the 15th, its been over 10 days, and I did pay the extra 10 Euros for the faster Air shipping. The ants seem OK, but all the brood has gone/been eaten, even though I've fed them with honey and a small piece of cheese separately.

It didn't arrive today, and when I go to the securicor-omega (now called DHL) website, and put in the tracking number it doesn't recognise it?

They are actually a courier firm, so not the normal UK postal service (Royal Mail/ParcelForce)

I clicked Europe, and put in the number: 15.321 261.268 2 (It shortens it to 15321261268)

Just to let you guys know my parcel arrived yesterday, very well packaged, and everything in order (apart from my "feet" but I can manage without!).

Can I just say, even though there were problems with Securicor-Omega's delivery, Martin, Bianca and colleagues were helpful and communicative throughout, and did their utmost to help! Thanks a lot!!!

I will definitely be ordering from Antstore again in future - as soon as I've gained a bit more experience, (and if the gf doesn't mind!) ;)
