35016: Delivery taking very long (23. Sep 2017 13:52)

Hi

I made my order on Wednesday, and it is now Saturday and according to the DHL delivery information, my package is still in Germany. I live in Scotland.

I chose the more expensive delivery method of DHL thinking it would be quicker. Part of my order is ants, so I am both concerned that they have now frozen, and wondering how long this delivery will take? Is this waiting time normal?
