Many thanks!!will make an order this week....With all this heat is there a cooling gel pack that can be shipped to help the ants which id be willing to pay....also can i take out some kind of insurance? the ant sellers in the uk are total rip off merchants selling one queen lasius niger for about 15 pounds = 17 euro's approx per queen which i think is a disgusting comapred to your queens at 4 euro's....I guess these are last years queens???i want to get on with a colony asap....

I agree with you about the UK sellers being more expensive - however, if you factor in postage from Germany it evens out. I think a few UK guys should get together and place one bigger order to even out the cost

I agree that ant store is really cheap compared to other sellers but unless the order is so much that it works out cheaper to buy from ant store it costs to much because of the delivery so unless the total of buying the product from ant store is about 20 euros cheaper than the exact same order from another supplier all in all, there's no point in buying from ant store but in virtually all cases it is cheaper to buy from ant store because of the higher prices charged from other suppliers. Some people would be willing to pay extra because of ant stores great service because I know that if I ordered an ant from ant store it would be here within 3 days whereas the company I bought my first ant colony took 3 days before they dispatched it, they then got lost in transit or a day or so and then it was found and took another 2 or 3 days before I got them but amazingly non of the ants died.

I know this is a bit longwinded but I couldn't put it into shorter words.
