Any tips?

Looking to get colony of Pheidologeton affinis or Pheidologeton diversus.
Looking at peoples experience with this spec they appear to be very difficult to keep.

Has anyone had experience with both of these specs and can let me know the differences?

Looking at various discussions then the following are very important:-

Temperature - Min 20 at night and 26 during the day.
Moisture: Nest needs to be kept moist at all times
Mould: Keep the nest as clean as possible (Would change the nest every 4 months)
Nest material: Better suited to Sand / loam mixture than Y-tong (Could to a combi)?

Anybody can give me more info the better?
