Which type of nest is the best for Pheidologeton ?
What temperature and humidity are best for them ?

Air humidity about 50% so the humidity of your room is good.
Temperature min. 28°C
Best nest I think is a natural nest in ground but many people prefer a Ytong.
But the ground has to be very humid!

for heating the glass baisin whith soil, you recomended heat floor, o is better heating lamp?

i have a colony of Pheidologeton Diversus: 1 queen and 500-600 workers,the best nest for them is in the nest of sand+loam it is excellent for the umidity. the umidity must be 50%-60%..60% is better at 24-30 degrees !!
some people prefer the y-tong nest for the visibility
Heating lamp is more natural and i would say better.
Pheidologeton diversus like to digg very much and the ytong mostly is used because it can´t collaps as easy as the sand loam mix.
Yesterday my colony is arrived! :D
but water is passed out trough the cotton and have flooded the tube...
many workers are dead on arrive and many brood too :( :( :(
the queen is still alive, and 30 workers and 5 drones too
i put in little glass aquarium, whith substrate of soil and bark
temperature is 25-29
humidity is 55-65%
many suggested for me?

5 drones? Do you mean soldiers?
Yes, i read time ago,"drones"=little soldiers
i dont know if is just name
the drones are the male...it is called drones for his passivity.
anyway 30 workers are insufficent for a good start ...you have many possibility that your colony will die...especially if you will have some problems with umidity !!
