Hiya guys.. i got this colony a while ago now off jimmy and they are doing great. Il uploads more pics of the whole colony soon..

But here are a few eating some Honey Roast Ham :)

WOW.. cant believe i did not update this more.. OK..

Colony is doing fab atm.. loads of workers. However the colony seem to now have decided it would be a good idea to share the same setup as my Camponotus substituts, and have made a nice little nest up against the glass. They have moved all the brood there but it is out of site :( However they have not moved the queens yet and still lots of workers tend to the queen. Has anyone seen this behaviour before?? Ants using 2 nests?? Anways.. new pics below.. Enjoy :)

@Jimmy.. How is your colony mate, and when are you going to put up some pictures.

Ok.. and now i have just noticed one queen has gone, so it looks like they may have split the colony..

Ohh and if anyone thinks they can tell what Crematogaster they are please feel free to enlighten me :)

Very nice mate.

Mine are doing fine. They have moved into the waterbottle. ;) Didn't like there tube anymore. :) In a few weeks i have some free time, thay i can make some new ytongs and post a few pictures. (i know its about time. ;) )

Lovely C rematogaster species :) I like these ants, nice heart-forms of gasters, big colonies.. What is this Crematogaster? It looks like sordidula much...

you have a nice colony . i have seen this speceis in canada and don't they only live in aisa and don't get stung it hurts bad.

These Crematogaster sepecies comes from Argentina. Never had a painfull sting of them. Yes there are species like this living in Aisa to. :)

LOL.. ok.. still doing amazing, ever growing.. need at least 10 crickets a week now, and still getting along fine with the subs. Il get some new pics soon matt :)

My brother was interested with these ants but then he decided to get 2 seperate colony of messor barbarus and lasius flavus :)

i will show him your pics to see if will change his mind :)
