There doing really well, I've been working in there new set up- heating cable and stat all set up. Just waiting for acrylic tube then can assemble and get them in there shortly :)
My acromyrmex are the force in my house at the minute, they decide to do something then a huge army gets to work lol. Great to watch

At one point I had 3 Acromyrmex versicolor queens but sadly they all three perished. I'm not sure if it was the jetlag from shipping or the lack of their own type of fungus. They took to the Atta fungus initially but ended up dying about a few weeks after. Acros are definitely a type of ant that I will eventually want to try again!

Well here's some photos I posted, the colony is steadily consuming more greens as each day passes, which is a good sign. It's not easy to find the queen as she tends to prefer hiding deep in one of the fungus gardens.

Hi, there some really clear photos Vasile, very nice. Can see the difference in colour from the bicolor and cephalotes. ill need to try the raisins!
