and how would i keep humidity inside my nest would i need to make a hole fill it with cotton wool then add water to it or is this not needed

Ytong can be bought in all stores where they sell building material. It comes in various sizes and in various thicknes.
Nest (or part of it) can be kept moist simply by puting block of ytong (or part of it) in water. A simple tray is adaquate.
Of course you can also drill holes in it and pore water in it. Play around with it a bit. Try several different ways and use the one that works out for you.
Good luck
ok thanks for the help what is the other name for ytong is it aired concrete
thanks for the help
Sithmaster676
I think it is. ;)

how does the the ytong absorb up the water and do you think it is possible with another type of concrete
Sithmaster676
I'm not sure about that. But y-tong sucks it up... ;)
ok thanks a lot
and jimmyve one quick last question do you need to adjust the humidity in the ytong or is room humidity ok so i wont have to use any water on my tank
Sithmaster676 :P
Depends on the species you keep sith. But for this one i think the humidity is okay this way.
