I really don't think there are any queens in the pics you have provided. They are quite clearly larger in ruginodis. If you had one, you woulnd't even be asking for our opinion. Sorry.

Ive since noticed at least 2 queens.. and they are not that much larger at all. Going very well thanks SirJet, have a nice stack of new eggs now :D
and cocoons hatching on a daily basis :drink06:

This is rubra, but the species are very similar.

I'm not saying you don't have a queen, just that there doesn't appear to be any in the pics.

It hard to say with these species damondeionno. I also have a colony of Myrmica (rubra) , one queen is a bit bigger than the workers but the other 2 queens or just as big as a worker.

i have a colony of rubra aswell and the queens are also a lot harder to spot..
