I don't know much about Lasius neoniger, but why does she got her Wings?

Because sometimes mated queens still keep their wings on. Insemination does not necessarily cause a queen to drop her wings. According to studies, in some species it's the absence of other queen alates' pheromones that trigger wing removal, but in this case she decided to keep them. It's why we urge people to keep queens even if they still have wings because they may still be gravid. :)
