Creature: I found a queen of Lasius fuliginosus, what now? (19. Apr 2010 08:01)

Yesterday I found a queen of Lasius fuliginosus.

I've already posted this on the german forum , but i also want the information i could get from
the english community members.

My questions:

- Did somebody kept these ants before? Where can i find the report?
- Anybody here who has some pictures of Lasius umbratus nests?

On the german forum i've been told that i need a queenless colony of Lasius umbratus to start a
fuliginosus colony.
Today i will go into my garden and catch some Lasius niger pupae and give it to the queen.
But i will keep an eye out for Lasius umbratus
